There were 844 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.97 billion and HK$2.15 billion, or 9.62% and 6.96% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 34.65% and 36.2% of respective stock's turnover.
TENCENT (00700) and XIAOMI-W (01810) registered HK$1.51 billion and HK$1.14 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.89% and 3.69% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 17.17% and 31.48% of respective stock's turnover.
